If its not blowing air then you may want to try a new blower motor if it is blowing air then you probably need a new thermostat

Wont blow out heat or ac

If you are saying the blower motor does not work, have you checked the relay, the resistor, and the blower motor for power and ground ?

What makes the blower motor blow?

A switched power source is feed to the blower motor, usually from either a fuse or directly from the ignition switch. A ground for the motor is ran through the control head, and depending on what speed is chossen, the ground is routed to the blower motor resistor. The resistor is what controls how much of the 12 volt power is used at the motor. For highest setting, resistor is completly bypassed, supplying a seperate ground for full 12 volts to be used.

Heat and air Condition dont blow

The heat or air do not blow, this would mean the blower motor is not working, the first step would be to check the blower resistor as this is a common problem on these. The best way to test this would be with a test light.Take the test light and turn heat on then check blower connector for power, note unplug connector and test, make note of which wire has power, then connect the plug back. using a piece of wire connect one end to a good ground and stick the other end into connector on the blower that had no power and see if blower runs. If the blower runs then you have a bad blower motor resistor, this is located next to the blower on heater box, if you follow the wires from the blower it will lead you to resistor, unplug resistor and check for burnt connector. if connector is damaged then you will need to replace the connector also, then remove screws holding the resistor in heater box and remove it.
Back to testing if you do not have power on one wire at the blower then check all the fuses, Next if you have power and the ground does not turn blower on then try tapping on the blower motor to see if it turns on, in either case if there is power and a good ground to blower then blower will need replacing. Hope this is helpful good day.

The blower on my '99 concord is not working,i changed the original with another one cause it was working whenever it wanted to,soo i replaced it with the one that is on the car now,,it did work for short...

Check your ground at the motor, alot of chryslers use a switching ground on the blower motor, hook the testlight clip to power, probe the ground wire on the motor and switch your fan speed and see if it gets brighter as you get to hi. if it does not light up you may have a bad blower resistor.

My 1998 Chrysler Concord LXi blast heat on high

Sounds like your blower control modular. It is located on the passager side floor under the dash. If you can find the blower motor and follow the wires back from it will lead you right to it (about half a foot away from it). It plugs into it. and has two screws you will have to remove to get it out. The two screws can be kinda hard to get to and you will have to get the modular from the dealer but if you can change it this should fix your problem.

The heating and ac wont work

I seem to remember posts regarding the failure of dashboard switch assemblies in some Chrysler-made products. The blower may also be separately fused; check your owner's manual for fuse locations.
