SOURCE: brake bleeding
if you didn't bleed the lines after putting the master in. then there is a good chance there is air in the lines now. may go through a quart of brake fluid before all the air is out. remember to start at r-rear/ l-rear/ r-front/ l-front last.will take some time. don't forget to adjust the rear brake while your there to help with the pedal

Testimonial: "thank you"
SOURCE: Bleeeding the clutch
Take the cap off and fill the reservoir. take the line lose at the master cyl. just let gravity work here, it should drip out, about a third of your reservior, catch it with some old rags. Tighten your line then, you will need some help. Some one to sit in the seat and pump the clutch peddle. Pump it and hold it down "then" loosen the bleed port on the slave cyl. to bleed it. do the pump and hold 4 -5 times that should do it.
