It sounds like the computer has it shut down because the timing chain is not aligned right. See if it will start if you unplug the cam position sensor.

Hi missing when started up rev it up & the miss fireing goes

If you are saying that when you first start up the car it misses and then if you rev up the engine the miss goes away, I would say that you have a head gasket leaking coolant into one or more of the clyinders. Check your spark plugs. If one of them is really clean that is the clyinder that is leaking coolant.

Mazda MX-6 v6. One clyinder is not firing. Spark

Switch it with another and check if the miss follows the injector.
Also you should check for a voltage pulse at the missing cylinder injector connector.

Cyl 1 misfire

bad injector or bad coil for that clyinder, also carbon build up holding valves open so do a top engine clean and see if that cures it.

What is causing miss fire on three out of four clyinders?

Have you replaced the Plug, plug wires, cap and rotor, and the coil?

If you have then do a compression check on that cyl to make sure it is not a bad valve/rocker/piston/etc...
