Assuming you have good fuel pressure, change the air filter if it is dirty. this will have the same effect.

    already did that

DO you have suffiecient fuel pressure?
Do you have a multiport injection system or throttle injection?
Multi port are less likely to clog up( unless you got some really bad gas)
But throttle injectors (One or two?) clog much easier. also they can gain more resistance and have an adverse effect on the car. (less gas going thru the injector) Unlike one injector going bad when there is eight. you can check the resistance with an ohm meter. Unfortunetly I don't know the numbers for your car.
these things I would check next.

Girl put bad gas in 49 get bad gas in 49cc Tayo . changed gas . wont throtle uo.pump ok. Filter ok acts like starving for gas Acts like float valve is stuck

Most likely some of the bad gas is still in the system causing this. Run it until it runs better, if that doesn't help, drain ALL FUEL from it, including the lines, even dry them out before adding more fuel. You also might need to take out the spark plug and clean or replace it if it is fouled with it.

My club car gas golf cart was running good then al the sudden wont go over idle speed

Perhaps it's a stuck carburetor float valve, bad fuel pump (if it has one) or clogged fuel filter.

Car dies after it warms up, no pressure in radiator when i remove cap, and acts like it's starving for gas

Some of the information does not correlate.

If there is no Pressure, then you Radiator Cap is Bad

Stalling or Starving for Gas can be a Fuel Pump or Air Filter

Remove the Air Filter and see what happens.

Test the PRESSURE of the FUEL System

Acts like it is starving for fuel changed fuel filter serveral times it will sometimes run good for 10 miles

It could be the fuel pump, not the fuel filter.

The fuel pump is usually located inside of the gas tank.

Hope this helps!

Truck acts like it is running out of gas? Replaced fuel filter. Ran fine for awhile but now still acts like it is starving for fuel.

my '93 f-250 (4.9L) stopped running while driving, now it acts like it isn't getting any fuel. Tried switching tanks, but still does the same. What would be the problem.

My truck acts like it is starving for gas

You need to check spark plugs/wires/distributor cap.
Also good idea to check/replace fuel filter/air filter. It might be also bad fuel pump.
Good Luck
