Who told you that you needed to fix these codes to pass the smog test? If it was a garage, they are scamming you into work that you don't need! Get the FIXD sensor and it will tell you the codes via your smartphone and allow you to reset codes. Or you can buy a cheap scan tool.
Your left front wheel sensor is not sending a signal back to the computer. Could be a damaged wiring harness or the sensor has failed and the wheel hub will need to be replaced. Wiring harness may have become damaged about 10 inches back from the wheel
Brent, Check and clean connections(use electronic contact cleaner), make sure wires are not damaged. Check grounds from EBCM controller. Check links below and don't be afraid to google search for more info.

SERVICE 4WD: Refer to Transfer Case Circuit Description in
Transfer Case Shift Control Module
The transfer case shift control module uses the VIN information for calculations that are required for the different calibrations used based on axle ratio, transmission, tire size, and engine. The system does not know which calibration to use without this information. The transfer case shift control module monitors the speed of the front and rear propshafts in order to detect wheel slippage. When wheel slippage is detected, the module applies a clutch pack contained in side the transfer case. This clutch pack is used to lock-in and apply the front propshaft, transferring torque to the front wheels. The clutch pack is applied by a motor/encoder assembly. When slip is no longer detected by the transfer case shift control module, the clutch is no longer applied.

You actually have two separate problems. The brake pull to the right is indicating the left side brake is not working properly. You will want to remove the left front wheel, collapse the caliper piston and make sure the caliper is floating freely on its mounts.
With the piston collapsed you should be able to slide the caliper inboard and outboard of the rotor. If not, you will want to remove the attachment pins, clean and lubricate the pins. If they are grooved or worn you will have to replace them.
The second issue of the ABS light is indicating the system has detected an electrical sensing or control problem. Take the vehicle to your local Auto Zone or Advance Auto and ask them to scan the vehicle for trouble codes. They will scan it for you at no charge.
Chances are you will find a wheel speed sensor problem at one of the wheels.
Write the codes down and respond back, we can start diagnosing the problem,
Good luck, let me know.
Regards,
Abs light is on
