You will need to call the nearest audi dealer and provide your VIN to them and they can give you the code.

You have either lost the "keep alive memory" 12 volt power feed to the radio that is always hot even with the key is turned off or you have a defective radio.

Vw polo classic radio stucked in safe mode even after entering the radio code? i tried it over n over again nd it goes through the same process of safe1 nd safe2 respectively? plz help

If you kept putting in the code and it went into Safe mode...did you not consider that the code was wrong?
Every time you put in the wrong code, the stereo will lock you out for longer each time...in fact, some units will never work again unless specialist replaces security chip.
You need to verify the stereo code by either using a code cracker...ebay...or..go to your local trusted Garage and let them sort it for you.

Factory radio wont work

Make sure the wires for the new radio are color to color when installing it in your vehicle aka the wires behind the CD player. Make sure all of them have connectors not the black tape cause it will melt and could cause a fire.

Okay. So my 1995 Volkswagen stereo is in safe mode and everytime i press the two buttons, it just blinks and won't let me enter the code anymore. How do I fix it?

With the radio in safe mode, you have to disconnect the battery again to reset the radio so you can enter the right radio code. If you don't have the radio code or it's wrong, keep me posted. be glad to help you get your radio working again. Good luck, friend.

Step 11Seek and Scan buttons Press and hold the SEEK and bottom SCAN buttons until "1000" appears, this should just be a few seconds. Step 222Release the buttons and in put the code using the radio buttons. For example if your code is 1933, press the "1" button one time, then the "2" button 9 times, the "3" button 3 times and the "4" button 3 times.
