When you change your valve cover gaskets just make sure that they have a good snug feeling. ( Do not over tighten them) this will pouch the gasket out or break a bolt off. It does not take much to get them tight . just a good snug.

not sure there is such a thing. I've never seen anybody use a torque wrench on valve cover bolts. Just use a nut driver (screwdriver type) or a 1/4 inch drive ratchet, and tighten as much as you can. They don't need to be very tight.
