Question about Saturn SL1
If it is blue or black smoke then you are burning oil and have a bad piston ring or exhaust/intake valve.
If it is white smoke then you are burning coolant and have an internal engine leak such as from a failed head gasket...but that would cause you to lose coolant and overheat.
Burning oil will ruin spark plugs and eventually your engine. You shouldn't drive it anymore until the problem is resolved.
