Why I get lukewarm heat air flows ok, and the temp gauge does not move?

First check and see if the fluid in the radiator is up where it should be. When was the last time the thermostat was changed? Could be no good. These things cause just warm air If the blower is working as it should you will have air flow but it your antifreeze is not warming up like it should it will be cool. .

2002 pontiac aztect overheating has new thermostat and water pump

Try removing the thermostat and reverse flushing the motor, Actually try flushing in both directions, this will tell you if you have a circulation problem but 1 thing you should know is that the water goes in the water pump and out the thermostat, try running it without the thermostat and check your water flow

My Hyundai Elantra 2004 heater does not blow hot air - mechanic says it's likely a head gasket problem and to consider a new car!

first is it loosing coolant??
second does the temp gauge show it to be at temperature?
it sounds like the heater core is plugged.
the heater core is the same as the radiator the water flows through it the fan blows cold air though it and warm air comes out if the water doesn't flow through properly then no warm air.
You can try to unhook the heater core hoses and get a garden hose hook it up to one side of the heater core and flush the water trough it then put it on the other side of it and flush the other way put the hoses back on refill the radiator and see if it works

1996 Honda Passport EX 3.0 Heater runs weak, the fan barely puts any air out, but I can hear it blowing. It also barely puts out warm air. With the temp. lever in cool it really blows. but as I slide it...

Is this a quantity of air problem or quality of the heat from the heater?
If its heat from the heater you need to first flysh and reverse flush your cooling system, includes radiator etc and use a good flushing agent first. Then replace heater water valve.
Refill and bleed out cooling system and get car up to temp.
When hot, feel pipes going into and out of heater matrix. On full heat they should both be roughly same temp, if not , replace matrix cos it must have collapsed.

Heater only blows worm air not hot

Check these three possibilities: One, car has a bad thermostat. Two: Car has a bad heater control valve and three: Car has a vac leak under the dash that controls the heater Flap Valve. If this flapper isn't closed completely, cool outside air mixes with the warm inside (recirculating) air and cause a lukewarm air mixture at the vents.

Why does the heat in my 1999 dodge stratus only blow blows lukewarm air. It does heat up the car. Just put in a new thermostat, antifreeze, new radiator cap and had the heater core flushed. What else could...

the flap in the air box may be broken or not ingageing all the way check for vac leaks and switch the air from defrost to vent and see if its working properly

New heater core not hot

If your radiator is not clogged, your thermostat is working, and you have a new heater core, it sounds like when your mechanic was installing your heater core, that he possibly pulled a vacuum line loose or forgot to hook one back up. On most all late model vehicles, heater controls are vacuum operated. One line to move the selector flap from vent to floor to defrost, etc., and one line to move the heat flap from hot to cold. Most vehicle manufacturers changed from mechanical controls to vacuum operated controls to try to simpify the system and have less parts to have to replace. However the set-back with this is that when a vacuum line comes loose, it can be harder to locate your problem whereas a mechanical issue would obviously be right behind the controls inside the dash. If your problem is vacuum related, you can most likely assume that the problem will be somewhere under the dash, as that is where those particular vacuum lines should be routed, and also is what the mechanic had to disassemble when replacing your heater core.
