On the front rubber or flex brake hoses,is a clamp, that has one bolt fastened to the upper control arm

That clamp develops rust underneath, that squeezes the hose off

Replace both front brake hoses

You have a number of things to check to find the problem. First jack the truck up and put it on jack stands, so that all four tires are off the ground. DO NOT TRUST JUST THE JACK!!! Now check and see if any wheel turns. This will determine if it is one or more wheels locked up. From this point you need to back track and see where the problem starts. You need to check calipers/wheel cylinders, lines, junction blocks, and the master cylinder. Any one of these could cause this. Just for info if the front wheels are all that is locked suspect the flexible brake hoses near the calipers.. They go bad from the inside out so you may not visually see a problem but they can cause a problem. If you are still stuck after this first set of checks leave a comment with your results and what you have done and we we will go on and then be able to solve the problem but these first few checks are needed to be done first. Good Luck!

SOURCE: s10 pickup truck-

Take it to Midas and have them inspect the brakes. It is probably the anti-lock system starting to flake out. See if you get the ABS light on at any time (might want to get engine codes read at AutoZone just as an extra measure of thoroughness too)

To be 'better safe than sorry', I would get this checked by a Brake Specialist. it could simply be a sensor problem.

Was the proportion valve and mater cylinder replaced? The problem most likely is a bad proportion valve it doesn't allow the fluid to return to the master and therefore stays in the system and locks-up the brakes.

It is most likely a bad front wheel speed sensor.Your sure abs rings were on back of rotors? It is going to be next to impossible to fix without getting the code with a scanner
