Vacuum check valve is bad. it is located on the thumb-sized hose that attatches to the brake booster. good luck, hope this helps.

When car is idling with AC on and power brakes applied, the idle goes back & forth between fast & slow. The AC Up Idle VSV and the Idle Up valve itself are both working. The brake booster check...

Check another vac source in/around engine. When you load engine with brake booster, then lower vac pressure w/Up idle, it's amplifying another vac source that might be weak.

Idols fast, when holding brake idols up and down up/down ...when lets off brake it quits...i checked throttle sensor replace it still the same

I'd look for a vacuum leak, possibly the large hose that goes to the brake booster-use a can of throttle body cleaner and spray around hose areas while engine is running and listen of drops in idle-there's your leak.

I suspect what you have is a vacuum leak.

1. Try hunting down the leak with carb spray. Don't get too crazy with it, when you get to your leak it will change the way it runs. Also do not deliberatly spray this on spark plug wires as one stray spark and you will need a fire extinguisher. This method is safe, just use your head.

2. If you detect a leak at the brake booster, unplug the vacuum source line for it and plug it. Then trying running the truck again. If it runs normal the leak is in your booster and must be replaced.

Check engine light is on, engine runs rough(idle is fine),

Check or have engine tuned up.
Spark plug wires + spark plugs. Or/and take it to Autozone, and they'll run a check engine light scan for you, for FREE !!
