On A 2003 Pontiac Montana AWD, What could cause vibration in the front end while accelerating a right hand turn?

Left wheel bearing or either CV axle,(left or right) Axles usually make the vibration turn left or right. Bearings will get loader turning. When you turn right, the pressure is on the left side.

Front axle how to install

You'll need to extract the end the axle shaft from the hub bearing. There is not enough play in the axle shaft to allow this without at least partially removing the front strut assembly. Sometimes just separating the lower ball joint will allow the strut/spring to move enough to work the spline out the bearing. Once you've done that, then you must "pop" the inner CV joint out of the transaxle. It is installed with a snap ring to hold it in place. This process can be tricky and you can damage the CV joint or the transaxle case if you don't exercise caution while doing this. Be careful not to pull outward on the axle shaft...this will not release the inner joint and will most likely cause the inner joint to separate, making removal more difficult.

Pontiac montana 2002 interior fuse block removal

If the other windows are working, it would not be a fuse issue. You will have to take the inner door panel off, and check if the wires are getting to the motor, and not broke.

Wher do I put transmission fluid in my 2000 pontiac montana

THIS IS A SEALED TRANSMISSION AND HAS NO DIPSTICK TUBE,THE DEALER HAS A SPECIAL TOOL FOR CHECKING FLUID LEVEL, THE PLUG FOR ADDING FLUID IS ON THE TOP OF THE HOUSING NEAR WHERE THE LEFT AXLE GOES OUT. DON'T JUIST BLINDLY ADD FLUID, IF U OVERFILL IT U CAN BURN UP THE TRANSMISSION.

No clunking until replaced front end brake pads and rotors. Pontiac Montana 2002 not a FWD. I'm not 100% sure but I also believe I can feel a vibration on steering wheel coming from front.

1. Have the caliper checked if the retaining bolts are fully tightened and all shims and pins are properly installed. 2. Was your rotors resurfaced??If not, The new pads are flat(new), and the rotor might be uneven causing the pads to vibrate. 3. If they aren't the rotors, inspect the CV shafts for tightening, or damage. Hopefully this helps

Left front turn signal bulb for 2001 Pontiac Montana

There is only one screw to remove that releases the mounting tab at the upper inner corner of the assembly. That screw has a plastic wingnut molded onto it so you can turn by hand. Once that is removed, the assembly can be pulled straight forward. At the inner bottom corner, a spring clip faces straight rearward. Pull with enough force to to release the clip from its slot. Only two "Fingers" hold the rear of the assembly in the sheet metal holes.

Damaged cv boot on 2002 montana fwd ( boot near wheel)

In order to properly replace a C.V. boot you need to disassemble that side of the wheel assembly and drop the C.V. axle. The new boot(from parts house or Dealership goes right back on. You will need to clean the area really well and get all grit out because this is what damages the axle itself. Repack the boot with C.V. grease and you're on your way. It can be a tough job sometimes so I recommend investing in a repair manual(like Chilton) to ease the process. The parts houses sell what I call cheater boots now and basically it is a shorter term solution. They install by basically wrapping around the old boot area and then screw together. I installed one for a customer once at her request and it lasted about 10,000 miles. When she had more money she had me put the permanent one on. I will say this about these, if you can't do the permanent repair right away for whatever reason it sure can save a C.V. axle from being destroyed - temporarily. Good Luck
