You need now to look at the idler, (guide) or tensioner pulleys. Not sure which series you have or the year. The 5 series back to '89 has 2 tensioners and 1 guide or idler. The 7 series back to '86 uses the same. The 8 series back to '91 also has 2 tensioners and the 1 guide pulley Check these other pulleys for free spinning bearings.

I have a new alternator and starter and battery but when i have headlights on and heater my light s go dim and battery strength goes to 11.8. then goes back up when i turn off heater

Your blower motor is starting to fail. Over time electrical motors will wear and wea a little at a time. As they wear, they require more and more voltage to operate. Your blower motor now is almost at its limit, requiring twice as much power to operate than normal. Replace the blower motor. Also you could have a loose or weak alternator, which on the flipside isn't putting out enough power to run all your accessories. Here is your fix: make sure your alternator belt is tight, and check voltage and amp output of the alternator, if it all is ok, then your blower motor definatly needs to be replaced.

to replace drive belt rotate tensioner pulley clockwise then slip on new belt look under hood on the radiator shroud for drivebelt routing diagram.check drive belt tensioner for damage or looseness because very seldom drive break either cracked worn or drivebelt tensioner faulty.

My lexus rx300 new belts are squealling, battery light on,

as the a/c motor is a pump (resistance to turning),if the belt is not adjusted correctly(too loose)it will squeel, and the alternator will not produce enough power to keep the battery charged up.you should always retension the belts after about 1k/1 month after fitting new.
adjust so that the longest run of the belt, between pulleys, has 1/2"flex

Sounds like your serpentine belt driving the alternator and power steering units is too loose. If you haven't had it replaced, it may be time.

Belt Squeal

If you are using a proper belt lube and it still squeals, you should look for something like a dragging component such as an alternator or power steering pump that may be defective.
