You might want to check your fluid levels right now, as red light on dash is not good.
Check the oil level first. If low, top up the oil.
Does this happen round corners at speed or all the time? If round corners the oil is low, if all the time, possibly a sensor issue so get it checked by a mechanic
the red lights mean that the CPU has found a fault relayed by a sensor. By the noise I would say that the CPU got it right and that you should be checking for mechanical failure of the engine from say no oil or no coolant
i have a light that comes on my audi a3 1.8t dash board .it is round with a cross through it and like a little box on top can any one tell me wat this is thanks

Check your user manual to be sure of the location. It's a small tank, with, generally a black cap. On the cap you will read the type of oil needed: DOT3 or DOT4.
Is it in the center of the dash or in the right corner? The one on the right is for the ABS. The one in the center is a general message. Using the read function on the signal stalk there will be an explanation of the light.
