Question about 2003 Jaguar X-Type
This is not really a solution, but more like a thought.. If the wiring is bad.. you'd be more likely to be shorting out, blowing fuses.. Have you checked the voltage regulator? If it's spiking from time to time, could blow head lights, without necessarily blowing other things. Have you checked the headlight mounts. Vibration could cause them to go out offten. You did not say how often they blow ! Or if they go together or one at time. [One thing I noticed with high performance bulbs, they seem to last almost exactly one year. (Give or take a month )]
