GPM stands for "Grams Per Mile" it is measurement of how much pollution you engine produces per mile, if you exceed the set amount the system fails its emission test.

so what are you doing there.
using a scan tool?
my guess, only because you said READ.
this is the scan tolls , display of readiness monitors.

what that means is:"
  1. you pulled the cars battery (or it went dead) and you fail to run car for 20 miles or 30min to clear all readiness monitors (oxy) the EVAP monitor will take longest or if tank full , not run at all until 1/4 lower....
  2. there are DTC you are ignoring, yes, scan it and get them all, and win,, but if DTC errors are set , the oxygen sensor tests will fail to complete.
why not do a full scan, and report all errors. and the status of
ALL readiness monitors.

There are procedures for adjusting the idle mixture and speed.
I would start with those. Perhaps that resllve both the idle issue and the emissions issue. See procedures at the link below.

go online and check for recalls but not likely after 10 years, find a reputable shop check evap lines and solenoid, may not be switching, most common is fuel cap, try replacing first according to code(s)

some older motors will have worn vacum control valves in your emssions control system a leaking valve or broken vacum hose would do it.

You can just replace your gas cap...If you keep getting an emssions code,,its probaly because your gas cap isnt tight, or you have been filling up while the car is running..

i would say change the O2 sensors and a new cat ,these readings are well over the top ,could have a exhaust blow on exhaust as well which will throw out the O2 readings
