Does your computer have any stored codes? Many auto parts stores will let you plug a code reader in for free. Before to replacing "modules" beginning checking the ABS Module.

Electronic stability control & abs & brake assist warning indicator lights are coming on after an accident. How serious are they?

You have damage to the front area brake system. It could be very serious but if car stops OK most likely not that serious you just won't have abs or traction control. The damage is most likely a speed sensor or something similar. I said it could be serious that is only worst case.
Here is a breakdown of what lights mean
ABS keeps your breaks from locking up
BREAK ASSIST helps your breaks
Traction control if you one wheels spin more than others system adjust wheel spiN

What does it mean when the service stability system light comes on?

It means that your gonna have to take it to the dealer to get it checked .is this a Cadillac product. Stability is keeping the vehicle level at all times and the light is on because the computer either has to low voltage to operate correctly or to high.it needs scanned to find out the real cause of why it came on.

2002 escalde service stability light and airbag light

Have to look at the module codes, most likely in enhanced data

I would say you need factory manuals to follow trouble charts

That is how I work

My guess is --you changed many parts that were good & not
diagnosed & found a problem first.

My 2004 Yukon has the service stability flashes then the ABS light and TC light comes on??? It keeps braking while I'm driving and not wanting to go???? Asthe traction control comes on and off???

You don't drive or use any vehicle with a problem
like that, or any check light on your dash
You have a shop check for codes & diagnose the faulty
system & repair

The service ride controll light keeps coming on

Hello: To find out why light is coming on you will have to have the codes read for the stability systen. once you know the code then you can diagnose it per the diagnostics for that code. Once the system is repaired correctly and the code cleared the light should not come back on. I like your handle, bluebirdmate@bellsouth.net

Stability system The "service stability system" light as well as the ABS and Brake lights have gone on. Is this a major repair? SHould the car serviced by a dealer? this is on a 2000 bonneville ssei.

the service stability light as well as the abs light is all conected to the wheel sensor. To fix it is simple if you kn,w how to do a brake job,it is all conected to the hub assembly. I replaced both front wheel sensors due to that problem. you can by the hub assembly for around 100.00 dollars at auto zone. the wire that connects to the wheel always breaks and these codes come up.

Service stability system

one of the four load stability sensors (one at each wheel suspention arm) has gone awry. Computer diagnostics (Advanced scan tool) will tell you which one. Suggest replace both on front or both on rear (whichever the case)
