If it's not the fuse, the connections may be worn out inside the wheel.

How do you remove headlight unit on volvo v70 2002

Hedadlight removel Volvo V70 2002

Yes the full front bumper has to be removed. Not as bad as it sounds just take your time. One fixing screw in each wheel arch, two bolts behind black bumper trim each side of no. plate, and five or six plastic
plugs on slam panel. Remember to unplug fog lights if fitted. The lamp unit can then be removed secured by thee bolts two on slam panel and one on the inner side of the lamp near the radiator and a clip on the outer side, obvious when you take a good look and dont try to rush.
I hope this will help anyone else.

How do I change a rear disc brake on a volvo V70 1998

Remove wheel, Remove the two bolts holding on the caliper. Pry off, Push back pistons with a c-clamp and a thick board if needed. If you have the metal clips, they can pull out with a needle nose pliers and tap in with hammer. Place new pads in calipers, place of rotor, replace bolts. Bleed system.

You can go to autozone.com and register for full free online repair manual with everything you could need for you car.
