Question about Kia Rio
It sounds like a either a main fuse has gone or either the battery is not connected correctly, a poor earth wire maybe from either the battery or gearbox and also it could be a wire touching the body somewhere.
Have you recently done anything with the battery? also is the altenator fitted correctly, there is a small wire from the alt if that is damaged or not connect correctly it could also cause this fault.
