open the driver's side door and look on the side of the dash. If it's not there, check the passenger's side on the center console. If not there, check under the hood.

Some sets of fuses are in the bonnet while some are uner the steering wheel, driver side.

The starter should be located on the front of the engine. It is underneath the exhaust manifold and you will probably have to access it from the bottom.. Hope this helps, Good Luck!
