Question about 1996 Dodge Avenger
Iwell the previous owner had taken off the wire harness to the car and i could not figure the **** out i spent 5 houres trying to figure it out i then gave up! This is the first time i had ever ran into a problem like this the wires are not the same in most cars there all different so if you could send me a E-MAIL of a diagrame like for instence (black wire=ground)... that would be great unless you know right this minuet?
To my knowledge most 1996 Dodge Avengers do not have a ground wire, instead, it uses a braided strap screwed into the rear of the radio unit. However in some units, the ground uses Black/Yellow.
Constant 12V+ Red
Switched 12V+ Blue
Left Front (+) White/Blue
Left Front (-) Black/Blue
Right Front (+) White/Red
Right Front (-) Black/Red
Left Rear (+) Yellow/Blue
Left Rear (-) Gray/Blue
Right Rear (+) Yellow/Red
Right Rear (-) Gray/Red
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
