When turning to either right or left, there is this knocking & clicking sound outside. Means your velocity joints are busted, look at your inner side of both front wheels, you will notice the rubber boot have some grease and grease are all splattered around the area! You need to replace the velocity joint and rubber boot! Go to your technician to replace these!

Clicking noise when turning avalance

A clicking noise when turning is usually CV joints. If it just clicking the car is probably ok to drive still there may also be minor vibration - if the noise starts to sound more like a grind or the car feels unsafe with vibration or handling then park it till you get it repaired. The repairs are not OMG expensive but they are not cheap probably around $600 each side as a real rough guide.

Knocking noise when turing right

sounds like you may have a bad cv axle, look under the car at both axles on the front and see if one of them has the rubber part ripped open, if so that is most likely your problem

2003 dodge neon my son knocked it out of d into neutral. car cut off and now it won't crank. tested starter, battery, and fuses all good .. i replaced neutral saftey switch in transmission.. nothing all...

You've checked all the fuses. The fuse's in question
are #9 #10 #11 these are ign/start related. Also in the
power dist. center under the hood left side by the battery, check fuse #21. The starter relay is also
located in the pwr. dist ctr. Also if you have a factory
anti theft system. It could cause this problem.
Hope this helps.

WHEN TURING KNOCKING SOUND COMMING FROM FRONT LEFT, CAN FEEL IT THROUGH THE STEERING WHEEL, HELP, THANK YOU , I HAVE A 2001 CHEVY TAHOE

That is caused by a worn CV joint (constant velocity joint), the universal flexible joint on the end of the front drive shaft. You should get this checked/repaired as soon as possible, if it fails it can cause other damage and leave you stranded
The noise is probably worse when you turn the wheel from full lock to full lock in either direction.

Clicking noise coming from under passenger side dash, changes sound as I move my a/c from low to high

You have a blend door motor that bad. The clicking noise is probably the motor turing and grinding the gears...Prob should take too a shop for a diag to be sure...Some of them things are pretty hard to get to

Lifter noise

This is a very common issue with General Motors. I have never bothered to try and fix it because it is not causing any harm. It is because General Motors still uses a push rod motor and the cold oil causes it to knock a little until the oil gets warmed up.
