SOURCE: what is the accessory belt routing on a 1988 ford

There is usually a sticker on the underside of the hood or by the fan shroud. I assume by your post that it's missing. Go to your local Napa parts store, they will be able to give you a printout of the routing.

Have a 1988 ford bronco 2 9 engine that when a sparkplug is removed it will start but run rough.when plug is put back in it will not start at all.

Does it turn over and just not start or does it not turn over at all with sll plugs in it? Try to jump start it with another vehicle. Your problem could be a weak battery or starter.

Ignition lock on 1988 ford ranger will not turn

Has to be the lock cylinder, moving the wheel usually is the cure.might try some wd-40 in the "key hole" and run the key in and out a few times. sounds like a stuck tumbler. If that does not work, the lock cylinder needs changed,A breeze job if the key turns on,yours does not,so you will have to simply drive the lock pin in with a punch.

How to remove a ignition housing on a 1988 ford ranger

You mean the ignition lock cylinder? Turn key on, then look under the column, near the cylinder, there is a small hole, take a small screwdriver or rod and find the small hole about 2 inches from the key and depress the button, the cylinder should pull out.

How do I change an Ignition on a 1988 Ford Mustang GT Automatic Transmission

Not exactly sure when Ford changed the style. But I think it is this one. First of all do you have the key thet fits the lock cylinder you are changing? If so, put the key in and turn it to the run position. If this is the style I'm thinking about there will be a small hole in the column cover under the lock cylinder. A small allen wrench works fine. Push in with allen wrench and at the same time pull out on lock cylinder. (you may have to turn key alittle one way or the other to release pin.) If you don't have the key for this lock cylinder it will be EXTREMELY difficult to remove. Hope this is helpful .
