Try changing your oil sending unit. If it still does it after that you may have some oil pressure issues

Oil light comes on at stops after engine is warm

if your saying that your low oil pressure light is coming on (or flickering) at engine idle , but goes out when engine is above idle (going along) this is sure sign you have a problem in your engines oil pressure system :
serious !~

some common reasons for this to occur are:

worn out engine parts allowing oil to leak out and not lube parts properly (hi engine miles)

low oil level -not enough oil inside engine to get pumped around proper

restriction in oil system - blockage in oil passageways even oil filter will count (hi miles)

Oil Pressure Drops

Did the mechanic drive the truck with a mechanical gauge to check the pressure ? The engine bearings or oil pump could be worn enough to allow pressure to drop at idle after it warms up.

1994 cavalier 2.2 oil light on-car shuts off when gets warm

blew something in lower end --oil pump damaged --no oil or low level --check oil pressure then do compression test as well --since knocking noise is usually called rod knock

After vehicle has warmed, the oil light comes on under 1100 rpms . rev the engine the light goes off

You can't trust the light sensor, so you need to get a mechanical gauge. A cheap capillary tube one is only $10.
You should also change oil.
If the engine has over 100,000 miles, you could consider 20W-50 oil.
You could also have a problem with fuel or ignition, causing oil dillution.
Does it look too thin or smell like gas?
It could also be the oil pump is bad, but that is not normally worth trying.
The number of miles on the engine would help.
But low idle oil pressure is not that important.

After 20-30 min. driving oil light comes on when stopped. oil light goes back off when moving again.

There is less oil distributed to the engine in idle position than when you drive. So when the oil light comes on, you may have to put a little oil in your car. While driving, the oil reading may be enough for your sensors in your car to not send a signal, but when you stop and the oil pressure goes down, it may not be enough and that's when the light comes on. When you drive 20 to 30 minutes, your oil gets thinner because it is warm. That also will send a different reading to the sensors. You may want to try a thicker oil (instead of 10/40 try 5/20 ... ask before you do this!).

Oil pressure guage pushes to 80 when not idling.

In an engine in good condition, oil pressure is a function of RPM. Higher rpm, higher pressure. Whne coasting downhill, in gear, the engine rpm will increase, hence, the oil pressure will go up, as required, and as expected.

There is nothing wrong with your engine, unless the oil pressure goes excessively high under any regime. Low oil pressure is a sign of low rpm, or under load, a sign of worn parts.

Oil light comes on under load but goes out when shifting gears & while idling

conikelane: When you describe the light coming on under load, you when you have put the engine to work by bringing the RPM's above idle.
When you are at a standstill, the engine is at idle. when you start going, the engine speed increases and that is when the oil light goes on. When you go to shift gears, the light goes out momentarily. The reason it goes out is that the engine is dropping while you shift gears. From your description, you have a problem with oil starvation from the pickup tube in the oil pan in all likelihood.
I would bet you that if you pulled the oil pan, you would find that the screen on the pickup tube was nearly clogged up with sludge allowing only a small area for the oil to pass through which is why as the engine speed increases and the oil pump tries to pull more volume through the small opening, it starves for oil and it can not deliver what the engine needs thus causing the light to go on.
