My abs light is on and none of my gauges are registering. What is wrong?

Hook up a code reader to the unit and pull active codes out. Trace your problem from there. If you dont have a code reader take your truck to a parts store (Auto Zone Pepboys ect.) they will hook up to your truck and pull the codes out for you for free and explain what the codes mean. They will be more than happy to sell you the necessary parts to repair it.

Hook up a code reader to pull up stored codes. If you don't have one take it to a parts store Auto Zone is good for this and they will hook there reader up to it and pull the stored codes up for you and let you know what possibly could be your problem for free.

My check engine light is on and I want to hook up the code reader to it but I have no idea where I hook it up to, cant find the box

you can not use your code reader on the 1994, it is not OBD II but is computer command control you dont need a code reader to retreve the codes all you need to do is turn the key on then off then on then off then on and the check engine light will start flahsing start countin the flashes the fires set is 10's the 2nd set is 1's

so a flash, flash, flash( = 30 ), 2 second pause, then flash, flash( =2), would = a code 32

get the codes and get back with me and i will look them up for you....good luck

Service engine light on alot, was told it might be because of gas cap or pollution control problem. Pollution sensor.

You need to have it hooked up to a scanner or a code reader at the very least to find out what codes you have. There are many causes that make the light come on and you can't tell what why without a scanner or code reader. Some part stores will plug in and read the codes for you. AAmco advertises that they will hook your car up to a scanner for free to retrieve codes for you.

the vehicle wouldn't run without the computer, it may be the code reader is not set up for your vehicle, especially if its a general reader

My 96 Lexus ES 300 Check engine light keeps going on and off.

take it to autozone and have them hook up the code reader. your on board computer stores the codes and you will know what the problem has been. but i think it might be your O2 sensor. but you need to hook it up to the reader first
