Where are drains located on a 2003 chevrolet impala sunroof?


They go down inside front A pillar an inside rear D pillar . To get at them you need to take trim off an the headliner down .
Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement (Impala)
Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim. Remove the rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim. Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose from the sunroof module rear spigot. Remove the tape from the rear sunroof drain hose tube.
Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose from the rear sunroof drain hose tube. Remove the rear sunroof drain hose tube from the upper retainer clip. Remove the rear sunroof drain hose from the rear pillar
The front is simalier .

follow the upper rad hose to the engine. were it fastens to the engine this is were the thermostat housing is. remove the housing and the thermostat is there.

How do you change the coolant, their is no valve that i can see to empty the radiator


There is a valve on all radiators

There may be an allen screw on yours, you
loosen or remove

You will see a drain tube if you get under there

How to remove hyundai trajet raditor


Hello first have a drain pan under the front under rad now open drain plug drain coolant ounce drain disconnect rad hoses and transmission cool lines use a strait head screw driver now remove the the bolts you see on top of rad usually 10mm size now lift out rad replace reconnect the bolts and hoses and refill the coolant and start engine let all the air bubbles burp out ounce coolant moves and rad fans come on top up coolant close off by putting rad cap on and check transmission fluid level add if needed you have now replace your radiator.

Where is the thermostate


On the tranny side for 3.4l. Follow the upper rad hose to the thermostat housing. You have 2 bolts to remove & the upper rad hose clamp.remove the air intake duct.Partially drain coolant.remove exhaust crossover pipe. Removebolts & thermostat housing. Next remove the thermostat. Clean both surfaces. Install in reverse order. Onthe 3.8l, it isagain at the end of the upper hose behind the engine mount. Good luck!

I can't locate the thermostate on my 2003 chevy impala.


Follow the top rad hose. Should lead to a pipe that curves just about under the throttle body (drivers side) if i remember correctly. Thats where your thermostat will live. Not a very easy one to do.

common impala problem friend of mine has a 2000 with the same problem just cover the grill so that cold air does not blow into the rad it should give you your heat back

Replacing termostat


Beneath the lower Rad hose. But you shouldn't need to drain the Rad to change your thermostat. At least I don't think.
