No there is only 1 long bolt and it is just clipped in so you can pry it with a screwdriver carefully and it will pop out

I have a Jeep Cherokee Laredo 2001. The check engine light is on and I have been told that the computer is diagnosing the problem as a misfire in the cylinder. I went out to try and change the spark plugs...

assuming this is a 4.0 liter engine it doesnt use plug wires any longer....it uses a coil pack. this runs down the passenger side of the engine and the plugs are under it. 4 13mm headed bolts hold the coil pack to the engine assembly

Pop the hood and look at the top of the headlight capsule. you should see a single 7mm bolt somewhere in the middle. remove the bolt completely it should be about 6 inches long. once the bolt is removed then use a large flat screwdriver and carefully pry the headlight capsule out from it retaing clips. once the capsule is out then you have 100% access to the bulbs

How do you get to the front passenger blinker to change

on the 2004 grand cherokee, you have to remove the bolt that hold the light in. if you open the hood and look at the headlight, there is a bolt that go all of the way through the headlight, remove it and gently pull out on the whole assembly.

Break light is out

This is the corrective method for your brake lights not working when your headlights are on(2000 Jeep Cherokee Larado).
1) The cause of the problem is heat from the bulb.
2) Remove the light assembly as if you were going to change a bulb.
3) Turn the socket and remove it from the taillight assembly and set it aside(check to be sure your bulb is not burnt out).
4) Look at the opening, you will see 3 flat chrome colored contacts on the assembly.
5) Notice the one by it self at the top of the opening, that is the "ground".
6) If you look closely you will notice the plastic around the ground contact has shrunk a little bit, this caused the contact to pull away from the socket, causing the problem.
7) With a small flat head screwdriver, VERY GENTLY pry up the contact so it stays slightly upward by itself.
8) Re-insert the bulb assembly back into the housing and press your brake petal with your lights on.
9) You should be in good to go!
10) Tools: Phillips head screwdriver and a small flat head screwdriver.
11) Time : 5 minutes per light

Electric fan not working

The fan relay is in a wierd spot. I had to drop the bumber and take my passenger head light, then pull out the battery and the assemly to hold it up. That is the only way to see it bolted on the frame below the head light on the passenger side. I changed it but my problem the whole time was the fan. Don't just by the motor though, for some reason they never hold up after taking them apart. Best to buy the whole assembly if you have to replace it.
