Question about 1995 Chrysler New Yorker
So my family has a 95 new yorker been running great but got up this morning and it won't turn over. The starter will turn over but thats it.What can it be?We tried jumping it off but nothing.
Could be a few things. You said starter works, does it turn the car over or just whine?
If the car is turning over it could be a spark of fuel problem. Check your spark plugs, fuel filter and get your pump tested. The fule pump can be heard working when you click you car to the "on" postion, you will hear a buzzing sound. Try leaving your car in the "on" position for about 30 secs, then try starting it. I would also get your battery tested as there may not be enough power getting to the starter to fully turn the flywheel.
