Question about 1998 Plymouth Breeze
Possibly the starter solenoid clicking. Check the connections on the starter. Should have a small lead on it for the solenoid operation, and a bigger cable from the battery. check that these are tight. Failing that, Try turning the key while rocking the car side to side or by getting a helper to lightly tap the starter with a jack handle. If it starts then, your starter is on the way out ! Good luck.
