Question about 1992 Ford Explorer
Thats mostly likely because of a short on the heater. All these things are controller on the same harness know as the accessory harness. If you were to pull the ACC fuse none would work. You will heed to remove the dash t get to the heaterm and then look at the harness that connects to it, You will notice several burn wires. Cut them, replace them, tape them off and you should be fine.
