You would have a short in the electrical system. You will need to have your vehicle serviced at local service center. This may be caused by bad fuel pump.

Room fuse poping

Short circuits are never the same in nature of what is causing the short, so the best advice is to have a trained electrical tech look in to this.

Why would fuses to running lights keep poping?

Because you have a short in the circuit. Everything in there will have to be tested: switches, relays, connectors and all the wires in between.

Truck will not turn starter, no power anywere. If I cross the rerminals on the solinoid the motor will turn but not start' I have no lights, horn. I have replaced Starter, Solinoid, ignition switch ...

there should be a fuseable link on the wires on the battery side for the solinoid they might be poped it sounds to me like your not getting power to the truck except the starter make shure all the wires are connected and check all the fuses

84 el camino, the running lights started poping fuses, 20 amps. After checking behind the light switch, found the harness had been hot over the years. Changed the harness, no changes; still no running...

MORE THAN LIKLY you burnt something like a fuse or a relay or possibily something in front or in back of the harness i know thats a lota help but different people have diff. solutions sometimes. CLOWNY DAGGERS

The air bags in the back wont raise the back end up and it keeps poping the 30 amp fuse in the front power box

You need to check and see if your pump is running,if it is running for long periods of time I would say you have a hole in either your air bags or an air line causing the pump to run way tooo long,if your pump does not kick on and you are blowing fuses you need disconnect the pump,if you still blow fuses then you have a short in the actual wiring,if your fuse does not blow then you have a bad pump.

98 toyota camry spark plug wire keeps poping out of manifold and makes engine run sluggish ( runs good when you push it back in ) is there any way to keep wire from poping out ? ( Im unable to push spark...

Remove the wire from the plug and look inside the Boot, there should be some metal prongs that clamp onto the plug, check to see if they are set right, so that when you install the boot on the Spark Plug they will clamp and stay on the plug. If you're not sure what it should look like, pull off the boot on the plug next to the one you are working on and compare the two. You can use a long flat bladed screwdriver to bend the prongs, make sure you're Engine and Ignition are off when you do this.
