My kia blue a headgasket and head was cracket but i replased the head with a brand new head and head gasket put a new water pump on new radiator new heat guage censor new thermostat and still overheat

Are the cooling fans coming on ? What year an model Kia ? Most all newer vehicles have electric cooling fans turned on by the ECM / PCM -engine computer ! The ECT - engine coolant temperature sensor tells the computer how hot the engine is an when it reaches a certain temperature the engine computer supplies a ground to the cooling fan relay that turns on the cooling fans !

Iam having fan problems i have change the relay put new water pump and the fan is new also any other things it can be

First off keep in mind that your fan is controlled by temp sending unit which sends a GROUND signal to the fan relay, which opens the curcuit to turn on the fan . Your fan has a CONSTANT 12volt supply going to it which is supplied buy a fuse .
With that being said, check with a volt meter to see if you have power (12 volts) at the fan plug . Ground the negative lead of your volt meter to the batter

Verify that the fan is coming on, if not turn ac on does fan come on then? if so you have a relay or temp sender problem.

It's running hot and I just put a brand new water pump on it. why is it still running hot?

Pressure test the system to check for leaks, radiator and head gasket status. While doing so check cooling fan operations.
Gotta be one of those three and possible a fan relay and coolant temp sensor if not working.

95 chevy caprice classic 5.7 engine jus installing the new distributior cap i got stuck when i seen the screws are too small i dont have the socket its smaller then 5/32 does any one know the size?... Also...

I believe the socket size is 3/16 or 1/4. Most of the time you can use a multitip screw driver without the tip installed. This is not a true 1/4 socket size but works for most bolts like this. As far as the overheating issue there is a fan relay along with a thermostat switch. Most people bypass the relay and switch and just direct wire the fans to the ignition. This will make you car run colder but that is not always a good thing. Some engines do not run correctly if the temperature is too low.

I need directions to change my water pump

drain engine coolant.relieve belt tension .and remove the drive belt.remove upper fan shroud.remove fan or fan and clutch assembly.remove water pump pulley and coolant hoses from water pump.remove water pump bolts.then remove pump from engine.pay attention to bolts location because they are different lenghts.clean water pump gasket mounting surface dont scratch .or pump gasket wont seal and leak .apply sealant to water pump bolts.install water pump with new gasket.if gasket paper put a sealant on it.torque water pump bolts to 30 ft lbs.if you got a 2.2L engine torque water pump bolts to 18 ft lbs.install coolant hoses on pump .install water pump pulley.install fan and fan clutch assembly.install the drive belt .and the upper fan shroud.fill the radiator with coolant.then run engine to check for leaks.WARNING AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION REMOVE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE SO CAR WONT BE CRANK BY ACCIDENT. ALSOOOO DONT FORGET TO TURN OFF RADIO FIRST BEFORE DISCONNECTING BATTERY SO YOU WONT LOSE YOUR RADIO CODE.

check the coolant fan switch. on 4 cyl. engines it 's mounted on the driver side of cylinder head. on 6 cyl. engines it's mounted on the intake manifold, just above the water pump.there will be 3 sensors,it will be the one on the left. good luck

Cooling system leakage/temperature fluctuation

Hi, the fan in the cooling sistem plays a very important role ,if the fan dont work properly that kind of temperature variations may happens, this can be coused by a bad temperature suitch, a bad relay or defective fan ,,another posibility is a bad thermostate ,even if is new it can be defective, water pump should also be checked......(never heard of any seals.) GOOD LUCK..
