Question about 1998 Dodge Caravan
It's more than likely a switch , the fuse for the front window's is the same as for the rear vent window's , if the front window's go up and down it's not the fuse but the switch..

More likely I have never seen a window motor for the vent go out and i have worked on a lot of these vehicles
