Question about 1995 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
You have a few options take the seat out and inspect it to see if anything is wedged in the mechanics of the seat I have seen debris cause problems like this . this is the cheap route if your lucky.
next route is probably whats wrong , your re-tractor is broke the gears inside wear out or sometime in a car accident they break also. you can try and purchase one new or go out to the salvage yard and find a seat that works and swap out your interior to the new metal frame. The salvage route would be more cost effective then new ..
