Question about 2004 Renault 181
This is not a problem that can be easily solved other than taking the car to Renault. They are typically very helpful with this and do not charge a fee (at least they did not when I took mine in). They will just look up your chassis number and radio model and grab the code from their database.
I am assuming that your radio is the one that came with the car.
