First decide if your going though the right things to turn it on as he key needs to be on for it to work with it on go back arounf=d and see if tryig to ust it makes it work if it does it may have been just stuck. After that your trying to detenine that made it stop. The fuse it theunder dash fuse apanel theres a circuit breaker they can fail if the wiper stayed stuck too long. Testing the fuse for power with a test light ( test light; an ice pick with a clear handle with a light bulb inside ad a grounding wire on the end with an allagater clip attached ) connect the light to ground and (look ) for power with the tip as it lights you( see) the power. You may have to look right at the wiper motor. With the cover removed on the rear lid youshould be able to see the motor for te wiper and its plug in connections. with the key on and the test light connected to a good ground, the light should light in all positions of the switch on one or another wire going into the motor. One wire will be ground and it should'nt light the light ( its black). If the ground is good and powers getting to it then the motors badand, take it with you to the parts store to get another one. Have them test yours and also show you the one their selling ou is ood as it's no fun to change it twice. You may decide to get a used one, after they tell you what they want for a new or rebuilt one. Make sur the used one works or that they;ll garentee it before you leave te used parts store ( Junkyard). They want to sell goodpartsand they'll tst yours and theirs too.

ABS light on, needs rear speed sensor and traction control light is on, Do I need to replace these?

Mine comes on too on my 2005 Sequoia and fixing it doesn't make it go away... it comes back on after a few weeks.

Also I have fixed my rear wiper/ heat/ electrical twice and it only lasts a few weeks before the problem starts all over. Something is wrong and we should have to keep spending $$.

Rear Automatic Window

Same problem, there is a small metal stopper that disables the window movement and depending upon the position of the window, will also disable the defroster and wiper. There is a service bulliten that describes a complete replacement of the window control (back door power window inoperable, toyota technical service bulletin EL 007-06). You only need to remove the stopper. follow the sections for that stopper removal. Took about half an hour. The new replacement motor and controller do not use the stopper.
