Hi,

To my knowledge, there are two (2) fuse bank for a 1993 Saturn. The main would be under the hood, driver side and would have the major fuses for the heavy consumers/loads such as horn, headlights and others. A second fuse bank is inside the car, on the passenger side and behind the center dash console, down by the floor. It is hidden by plastic panel with Velcro. Put your finger in the hole and pull it off. On the reverse of the panel is a chart with all the locations of the fuses and relays. A similar chart is also present at the main fuse bank.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

MY ODOMETER FOR 1993 SATURN SL2 IS NOT WORKING AND WANTED TO KNOW IF IT COULD BE A FUSE; IF SO WHERE THE FUSE IS LOCATED. THANKS

not a fuse, it is a common mechanical problem on saturns, 91-96. you can buy a kit to fix it on ebay.
however you have to pull out the whole cluster, disassemble it and then reassemble and put it back in.
it will not be worth one more cent with an odometer than without, most folks just live with it.

Horn blows fuses

get a replacement saturn horn at a junkyard. any saturn horn up to 99 should work. or you can get a new generic one at a parts store. the good thing about the junkyard is that the bracket will bolt right on.

Where is the flasher relay on a 1995 Saturn SW1? Don't see it in the instrument panel fuse box in the console.

For 1995 Saturn SW1 1.9L MFI SOHC 4cyl the Flasher is located: Front seating area, center, under dash, front of console, mounted in junction block.

Good luck.

1993 Saturn SC-1 Cooling fan never turns on.

Does the car overheat at idle? If yes, first check fuse in fusebox in engine compartment. If fuse good, check for voltage at fan connector using test light with engine on and car hot. If no voltage, replace fan relay in engine compartment fusebox. If voltage is present, replace fan. Please reply with any additional questions.

What is the fuse called for a cigarette lighter on a 1993 saturn sl1

LOCKS fuse 20A minifuse. If you have power door locks and they are working the fuse is ok.It might read DRL 20 amp. You can take a 12 volt test light and plug the one end to ground and test both sides of that fuse while it is plugged in and the both ends will light if the fuse is good.
