You have fuses and relays-
Under the hood.pass side, front, next to washer bottle and ABS motor
On the right side kick panel, under glove box. Have to remove cover
In trunk,lift cover,left of battery.

The fuel cut off reset switch is located behind the driverside left kick panel, if you are sitting inside the car and where your left foot is, theres a panel there should be a hole there but sometimes there isnt, and the panel must be pulled off or back, there you will see the switch and on the top of it is where you would use your finger to push down, here a diagram to help you. good luck.

SOURCE: fuel pump
Try checking the autoshutdown relay uner the hood in the fuse cluster. If you look there should be another relay with the same number on it try switching them see if it works. If it does start after switching relays you have a bad relay and replace it, if not its not the autoshutdown relay. There should be a fuse for it as well labeled fuel pump, check that as well.
