I need a diagram of the fuse compartment for the 2001 kia sportage

The lockout switch on the drivers side is highly suspect. If you confirmed that the switch is set properly, and works, you may need new window regulators. Pull off the interior door pannel and confirm that the windows are getting 12V when the switch is actuated. If so, you need new regulators. The rears are $50 each and the front is about $180. It will also help a great deal if you lube the slides with silicone lube so they slide easier.

First, you probably have a lockout switch for passenger windows. Find it and flip it. If that doesn't do it, then you may have a problem with the master switch.
