I took factory stereo out and blew the radio/anti theft fuse, now my car won't start after replacing the fuse. what is the problem?

It's all part of anti theft system. You may have to give a dealer a call to confirm proper procedure, but I believe in and around that year the procedure was to , Put key in drivers door and turn it counterclockwise to unlock door, then clockwise to lock it, then unlock again. Then try to start it. If that didn't work, I'd try disconnecting battery for a few seconds, then hook battery back up, then retry the key procedure again. Sometimes they are time sensitive as well, so try to do the unlock, lock, unlock quicker if first time doesn't do it. Good Luck, let me know how it goes. It's all part of anti theft system.
