I lost the keys to my ca and i need to know the simplest hot wiring option including wire colors etc.

for the modern day cars laypersons hot-wiring a car really wont work because you will destroy ignition system and still not start vehicle ====go to dealer with vin and proof of ownership and have key cut by vin number it will be the cheaper.safer and easiest way

How can I hot wire my ford Taurus? I lost my key

Problem with hot wiring the ignition is that the vehicle will start and run but with out turning the ignition the steering wheel will be locked > I suggest a new ignition switch , you can always hammer a flat head screw driver in the ignition were the key goes and turn the ignition. Either way you will need a new ignition switch .

Pretty sure they have a chip in the key that is coded to the ignition module so I doubt hot wiring would work.

Lost keys have hot wired it wont start but does turn over wants to go what do i do

Take your title to the dealer, they should be able to make you a key, also do you hot wire hot to ACC/ON hit Start, then release back to on when it turns over? It may not run if you have anti-theft.
