Hooked jumper cables backwards, now windows wont roll down, air cond fan wont turn on, no power steering, All the fuses say they are still fine. Where do I even start?

This is unfortunately not good, You will have to take it to a auto electrician. Hyundai is very very touchy when it comes to electrical problems. one wrong move and you can end up in a heap of trouble. this could end up being computer issues. they will have to OBD scan to find problems. This can also set you back a penny. sorry, no good news for you.

Electrical problems on my 2006 buick ranier

I think it is electrical wiring or some fuse is blown. But in both case you will have to check both things, even fuse is blown, make sure for wiring also. Because mostly fuses are blown because of damaged wire so it can happen again if you just change the fuse.

Some thing in the instrument panel has shorted out or the wire from the fuse to the panel., pulling to many amps. If you could do without the panel for two days you would find out if it's the panel or the wires before. Electrical problems are no fun. I'm into a Ford that I just got running (second day) And there are still problems. (stupid computers). For the wires a good place to start is behind the fuse panel

Sounds like a grounding problem. You are having too many problems with unrelated electrical circuitry. Trace wiring harness and double check all wiring that should ground to metal framework.

'93 Mercury Cougar Lighting/Electrical Problem

This sounds much like a fuse problem. I would definitely start with the fuses, check to make sure they are ALL in good condition and replace as necessary.
Secondly, make sure your grounds are good. Battery grounds, wiring harness grounds, etc.

HAVE NO JUICE GOING TO MY ELECTRIC DOOR LOCK SWITCH. CHECKED FUSES AND THERE ALL GOOD. WHAT NOW? 1990 PONTIAC BONEVILLE.

Most of the electrical components in the door are powered by a small bundle of wires that runs from the engine compartment into the drivers door. Quite often when there is a problem with a door-based electrical component, if the fuses are fine then the problem is in the wiring, and more then likely there is a fault located within the section of exposed wire between the door frame and the door. With a 19 year old car, these wires have been flexed hundreds of thousands of times, exposed to all kinds of weather and will eventually wear out. Start by looking at those wires and then tracing from there.
