It seems like your brake light switch is defaulting-that is located on top of your brake pedal, follow the pad up they'll be a switch up there, check that out,it should cost you much for that switch maybe $15.00 hope that helps! good luck!

The brake switch located above the brake pedal can become loose and slip out of position. I would check that first. Most likely the cause.

2007 toyota corolla le check engine light keeps coming on. Sometimes doesn't come on until I reach 60mph

Could be a number of things. Probably a sensor intermittently registering a fault. Take her to the shop and have them run a fault check for any codes. (02 Sensor)?.. IAC Valve etc.

2006 Toyota Corolla le - maintenance light on front panel - engine serviced with oil and air filter changed two months ago. All liquids fine, car working well...what might it be??

  • That light is an indicator that the required miles have been drove and it's time to do an oil change. The light should be reset after every oil change as the computer keeps track of the miles to warn you when it's time again should you forget.

  • If you want to turn the light off then follow these steps.

  • Push and hold the trip button and then turn the ignition to on while holding the trip reset button. Keep holding for 10 seconds and the maintenance required light will go offf.

How do turn off the check engine light on 2003 toyota Corolla LE?

Try disconnecting the battery for 2 minutes........this usually resets the computer.......but if there is an issue with the car, the light will eventually come back on.......usually within 50 miles

My engine light keeps coming on. My husband had

Your husband is right, it is a sensor problem, and resetting the light will not make the problem go away, you need to have computer diag. done before some thing that was a small job turns in to some thing major, have it check as some as possible.

Toyota corolla 2008 engine light

i think your right about the dealer, the code reader will tell the mechanic what is sending the fault, for him to change the air flow meter then the wiring is bizzare as these are 2 major seperate items and the codes would tell him that. My suggestion, take it to a local mechanic who has a code reader to tell you what the fault is, most mechanics won't charge to have a look. Toyotas are usually a pretty reliable car. Hope this helps, Good luck
