I need a clutch pedal for a 91 geo tracker and its been discontinued, help?

Most of the time there is a 2 to 3 yrs span where certain parts are interchangeable.

the book shows 2 ways
the FSM
1/2in play at pedal or 1/8 " inch at bell lever.
most of these cars the cable is long gone bad inside.
and jams, and in the end, you brake the pedal, arm, or spine or worse.
its all there, play, pedal height,

engaging?
you meant dis-engage im sure.
pedal up is engaged,
pedal at floor dis-engages it.
my guess, is the clutch drags unless i push the clutch pedal 100%
to the floor.
1: bad cable is 90% cause. non last this long.
2: no free play is way too loose.
3: broken lever on the pedal top. caused by #1

the fsm is free, ask.
adjust the bottom cable end nut #19. such that
pedal as 1/2" play (12mm) at pedal. not below.

suzuki still sells these parts.
my guess, is the actual upper ,pedal arm broke or bent. as is so common.
it is caused buy not replacing the clutch cable every 100k miles or lubing it. (stripped spline, busted firewall, bent or cracked.)
there are 3 ways.
1: new arm at suzuki (ask for p/n I can tell you)
2: get part off a wrecked kick or tracker
3: pound it straight or weld it.

a good soarce of information for auto problems such as diagrams and specs can be found @ auto zone.com

the cable just hooks over the top of the clutch pedal.
Google Clutch cable and you will get an automotive site.
Select Tracker and you should pull up a picture.
There is very little to it.
The cable comes through the firewall and hooks on the top of the clutch pedal.
