Starting

hi i have a bmw e30,325i 1990model,
this car was an automatic car before i bought it.
when i bought it,it already had been changed to a
manual 5speed, a few weeks after that i broke the gearbox,
so i got another gearbox,from an older model e30 325i,
so i my mack to repair my car.ever since i cant get my
car to start properly,i even changed my mac, and now he also
cant get the starter and fly wheel to line up for a clean start.
and i even put a brand new starter from bmw, when i try yo start the
car it sounds terrible.
