2005 Ford Focus losing power on hills. This car just moved from Winnipeg Manitoba canada to guelph ontarion canada

Hello and welcome to FixYa!
I strongly suggest that you replace the transmission fluid. If the fluid is burnt it tends not to shift properly that's why it losses power on hills. If the fluid is good then It has to be a faulty torque converter. Torque converter controls the shifting of the vehicle that when it's faulty it will surely run sluggish.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
