Question about 1999 Ford F250 Regular Cab
Make sure if you have any spark coming from ignition coil if not try by replacing the ignition module.
also if you getting not fuel to the engine look for the inertia switch, this switch wil disable the fuel pump ic case of accident or impact and most of times if on the passenger side of cab close to rt kick panel
