you wear playing with cig socket battery changers (other post) and blew up fuses. i the pump motor is silent (it will never pump) and most times its just the fuse blown. why not test fuses first. and not use CIG chargers ever, unless asking me how? (easy answer to that) ask.

where, not wear. there are 2 ways to test fuse. (pro) ohm meter, or volt meter, the latter works best in a live circuit, 12vdc both sides of fuses, key on.

ill not dip into alldata.com for you, and look a the branching. fuse 25 is wiper /wash, if wipers work and motor making sounds, say so. the motor can also clog and need cleaning, and after that it makes sound and now pumps fluid, then you find the line is clogged, or just frozen with ice, or the check valve there or the nozzles, there, so unpug the hose, does the pump product a nice stream of fluid on demand, if not clean the pump or buy a new one. or use the correct fuild there, that wont freeze. the CIG fues is F28(and radio) so answering your other post do not exceed 10 amps chanrgers on that CIG socket or the fuse will blow. (post brand and model of changer I can check this)

Windshield washer fluid pump motor has gone bad or the wire leads have corroded, causing no connection. The Windshield washer fluid motor pump is located at the washer fluid canister. Inspect the wire leads and check for 12Volts when turned on. If there is power and the pump does not work, replace the pump.

Thank you for using fixya and be safe.

Sprayers are clogged up. You can clean out the sprayers with a needle, some have two holes so look carefully.

Windshield wiper fluid won't come out

go to a place with compressed air and blow VERY EASY on both the hose off the reservoir and then back through the washers on the windshield outputs, but NOT too hard of air pressure so you don't split hoses or blow them off
