This is a simple repair, you have a bad blower motor resistor, this is very common, the resisitor is located screwed into the heaterbox next to the blower motor, this is on the passengerside under the dash, heres a picture to help you locate the resistor,Heater and Air condition control - johnjohn2_0.jpg

Well, it's most likely a bad switch, and less probable would be a faulty blower motor.
Hope this helps

Most likely a resister coil burned out . That's usually the problem when you only have "high". Cheap and easy fix.

Replace your blower resistor, usually located on firewall under hood on passenger side, or under dash on passenger side, up under on ducting.

Heating and air conditioning

The blower motor works on high setting ONLY when the blower resistor is bad. The blower motor resistor is held in place with 2 screws and attached into the heater housing under the right side of the dashboard. You can identify the resistor by the big wires that are connected to the connector. If this heating/cooling system is the auto temp type, the part is a bit high on the price.

Air conditioning only works on high - 2002 Grand Caravan

If you are looking for the fan blower resistor, it is located behind the glove box. No tools need to get to it and a nut driver to remove the 2 screws to replace it. A 20$ part. It has 2 sets of wires coming off of it. A do it yourself fix.
