The small hole is for adjustment of the parking brake. There should be a rubber grommet in it. Remove the grommet and rotate the disk until you can see a 'toothed wheel' through the hole. Then use a screw driver to turn the wheel. This wheel expands and retracts the parking brake shoes. Retract the shoes as far as possible and the disks will come off.

You may need to rotate the piston in the caliper, instead of just squeezing it in with a c-clamp-also, is the master cylinder cap loose? Do not remove it, but it needs to be loose if you are trying to press the pistons in the bores. I use a pair of needle nose plyers to turn the screw-type rear caliper pistons in.

Chnaging rear brake rotors

they often rust in place, try hittig them with a hammer around the bolt holes to free them.  if they are loose but still don't come off the emergency brake will need adjustment inside the vehicle.
